I would like to thank all who entered under me; presentation on the whole was very good apart from a few who had dirty teeth. Exhibitors should note that preparing your dogs for a show should also include cleaning their teeth. I would usually do a critique to 2nd place but the committee asked me to do only the 1st places, I expect due to the extreme heat of the day.

1st Markesky’s Peptide Chives, Rich sable dog with a lovely head pattern and correct dark eye. Lovely ears which he used throughout, well arched neck, nice topline, good
bone, a very promising puppy who covered the ground well – BP one to watch

JUNIOR 3 (1 ABS)

1ST Scamps Corydon Prima Zaramba. Sable and white bitch with a correct head pattern, good reach of neck onto well laid shoulders. Good front and rear movement with a lovely bend of stifle and plenty of bone. She needs to mature and is not quite ready for a Post Grad class. Another promising youngster.

2nd James Deanjan Dixie Darling

Novice 2 (1 ABS )

1ST James Deanjan Dixie Darling. Sable white, another nice bitch, her head was shorter than the previous winner but still balanced, sweet eye nice ears and moved well.

POST GRAD DOG (1 ABS)

1ST Hill’s Hillrise Blue Wizard. Stood alone but looked every bit a big masculine dog. Head strong but not course, lovely round muzzle with a strong underjaw. Powerful muscular neck onto well laid shoulders, good depth and spring of rib, excellent length of back with plenty of bone but he lost out in the challenge on movement which I am sure was due to his heavy coat and the heat of the day.

POST GRAD BITCH 6 (2 ABS)

1ST Underdown’s Chrisarion Casque of Gold for Clynelish. Caught my eye as soon as she came into the ring and going over her I was not disappointed. 3 year old feminine bitch who won this class with ease. Nice dark almond eye, good underjaw, nice ear carriage, well arched neck, good lay of shoulders, beautifully presented – a lovely bitch that moved effortlessly around the ring BOB

1st James Deanjan Dazzle me A feminine bitch with a nicew head and expression, good reach of neck but was sadly out of coat, this did show her lovely body shape and helped her on the move. Did enough to win this class.

1st Haensel’s Sherkarl what a delight. Really lives up to her name, 7 month b/m excellent colour, correct head, eye with ears on top of her head which she never stopped using. Lovely strong bone, a bitch who moved around the ring as if she owned it. Beautifully presented – one to watch BP RES BOB PG 3 – WELL DONE

Laversuch’s Stormy Isles Midnight Blue for Pacarane. Pretty feminine bitch, nice head, dark eye, neat ears giving a lovely expression. Good reach of neck plenty of bone moved very soundly.

2nd Lee’s Scrimwood Starlight at Silvaquest

1st Grounsell’s Stormyisles Midnight Sun 16 month b/w male who stood alone but was put together well with plenty of bine, good depth of chest and bend of stifle, moved well.

Reynolds Kelgrove Kadiz. Sable and white dog with a lovely head and expression, good foreface, nice round muzzle and underjaw. Correct length of back with good bone ands a nice sweep over his loins. Correct tail carriage. He moved out well BOB. I was pleased to hear he was pulled out in the last 8 of the group. Well done

Another nice dog with a fine head and expression, plenty of bone, dark eye of correct shape and size , nice tight ears. Correct coat texture. M oved coveriung the ground well.
